he asset securitization program handled by Yuan WenLaw Firm was approved

   Over one year, the usufruct asset-backed special program for Shentong Metro underground communication space operated by Shanghai, and Shanghai Stock Exchange issued Shang Zheng Han  (2015) No. 2575 the Letter 0f Asset-Backed Security Listed Transfer Without Objection on December 22, 2015.

   This project is the 1st state-owned asset securitization project in Shanghai after filing with a demonstration effect and has gain much market attention.

   Guotai Junan and its asset management company would be its lead underwriters and program manager respectively, Yuan WenLaw Firm is the special legal adviser, and Zhou Feng and Sun Xian from the Shanghai Law Firm would be the signing lawyers.
